What should I wear/bring with me?On visit day, please wear appropriate clothing. On sunny days we recommend long trousers and closed outdoor shoes or boots. Don’t forget sunscreen and hats too. In winter, on cold days, outdoor boots are essential along with waterproof/warm clothing, hats and gloves.

How do I book?Bookings to Beirhope must be made in advance of visit. Please use our trusted online booking systems.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?Any cancellations up to 7 days prior to visit will be eligible for either a gift voucher to the sum of the activity, a 50% refund of the activity cost or re-book to a new date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 7 days of visit will not be eligible for any refund/gift voucher or re-book. Should Beirhope cancel your visit, you will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher to the cost of your visit.

What is the minimum age?Please observe the stated age restrictions of each activity. We may not be able to facilitate younger guests and your visit may be refused. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific request and we will look to make appropriate arrangements for your visit. All children (u18) must be accompanied by a participating adult. We do not have facilities for spectators.

Will there be others on the same activity?Visits to Beirhope are not exclusive; if you would prefer a private booking, please ask. Subject to pricing and availability, this can be arranged.
